Analytics cookies
If you accept analytics, the site may load Google Analytics (GA4) to count visits and button clicks, such as opening a calculator tab or sending a form. Those tags do not load until you accept, and only if a measurement ID is configured. The site does not use session recording.
Advertising pixels
If you accept advertising, the site may load a Meta pixel and Google Ads tags. Those tags stay off until you accept, and they stay off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. We honor that signal as a reject for ad tags. You can change this any time with Your Privacy Choices in the footer.
Opt out of sharing
You can reject cookies, or turn advertising off in Your Privacy Choices. That is your request to opt out of sharing information with advertising partners for cross-context advertising. Rejecting cookies does not stop you from calling or texting Kevin.
Calculator inputs
Prices, income, loan amounts, and ZIP codes you type into the calculator are not sent to ad platforms. If analytics is on, a calculator event may include the tab name and the county, not the raw ZIP, and never the dollar amounts or form fields. Leads you submit are sent to Kevin so he can reply. They are not sent to Meta.
